Q: Who is Kiev Dream Nights?
A: Kiev Dream Nights was founded by 3 people, an Australian, an American (who were frequent long term travellers to Ukraine) and a local Ukrainian. We are now the leaders for holidays and tours in Ukraine whatever your interests may be. From sightseeing, to partying hard with the beautiful locals to doing all the things you have fantasized about, but never had the chance to do.

Q: How is Kiev Dream Nights different to other tour providers?
A: Kiev Dream Nights is different to other tour operators for a number of reasons. We only do tours in Ukraine, we can't expect to be the experts for a dozen countries as some tour sites seem to advertise. We utilize our experience and knowledge gathered over a decade to ensure you have the best tour possible. We don't outsource our tours as many other tour groups unfortunately do. We also have an extensive range of tours, from sightseeing to the extreme.

Q: What does Kiev Dream Nights do?
A: We ensure you have an exciting and most memorable time in Ukraine. We arrange everything for you, all your transfers, tours, concert tickets, sporting activities etc. with your guidance of course. If you give us an idea of what you are looking for, we can tailor the trip to suit your needs. We have an extensive list of options to add to your trip. We also can fulfil any custom request.

Q: What are the advantages of booking with Kiev Dream Nights, rather than booking my holiday myself?

We know all there is to know about Ukraine, in particular Kiev & Odessa and we can ensure you see and do all the things you should be seeing and doing whilst you are here.
2. With our experience and knowledge we ensure you are not over paying for certain activities. We have extensive contacts throughout Kiev and you will always get the best deal with us.
3. You will have a Support manager assigned to you as well as a Night Life Expert. He or she will be your guide throughout your tour. All your needs will be catered for. This will ensure you have no hassles and everything runs as it should on your vacation/getaway. We will work whilst you party hard.
4. We also ensure you get an apartment to meet your budget in the city centre at the right price. So you will be in the heart of all the action. Hotels are definitely not the way to go in Ukraine. Some of our competitor tour guides don't seem to know this...

A: Yes we run trips to Odessa also. We highly recommend you see Odessa in the warmer months if you have enough vacation time.Â

Q: Can you organize transfers to/from the Airport?
A: Yes, this is 1 of the tour options you can choose from.

Q: Do we get a discount for group bookings?
A: Yes there are big discounts for group bookings. Please contact us for a special price if there is 4 or more people in your group.

Q: Will the apartment be of the requested standard?
A: Yes, all apartments will be as per your request. We do not have any apartments outside of the centre.

Q: How many apartments do you have?
A: We have 8 apartments permanently assigned to Kiev Dream Nights. 2 x budget, 4 x Gold and 2 x Platinum. However we have access to several other apartments as the other tour operators. The difference with us is that we have 8 permanently assigned to us..

Q: Will the apartment be in a safe & well located area?
A: Yes. This is one of our main priorities, all of our apartments are based in the city centre where it is perfectly safe for foreigners.

Q: Can we extend our trip and include another Ukraine city with Kiev Dream Nights?
A: Yes you sure can. We are very experienced in Odessa also.

Q: Can you explain 'simply' the booking procedure?
A: Yes. It's quite simple. When you are satisfied and you have accepted your holiday itinerary/package offer, we will send a booking form & attach our terms and conditions. At this point of time we will require a deposit per person to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be completed 4 weeks before your arrival. If you book within the 4 weeks of your arrival date, then the full balance must be paid.

Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept payments via www.paypal.com or by Western Union.

Q: Can we pay individually?
A: For group bookings of 3 or more, we expect the group organizer to gather in the money from the relevant party members and make payment for the deposit/full balance. For smaller groups of 1 or 2, we can accept individual payments.

Q: How much do we have to pay now?
A: All you need to pay now is a $200 deposit, the rest is payable on arrival to your apartment. For group bookings (4 people or more) where we provide a special group price, we require a $400 deposit.

Q: Will I have to pay for amendments to the itinerary?
A: Not at all

Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: None whatsoever.

Q: I see you have a discount if we pay for all upfront now. Is that true?
A: Yes we offer a 5% discount if you pay for your trip upfront.

Q: Can you arrange holidays & weekend breaks to other cities in other countries?
A: No we can't, we stand by "we are the Experts for Kiev and Odessa". We don't believe in this theory our competitors have. How can it be possible?
